With over 25 years experience in the entertainment industry, Nancy is a veteran in the children's television market,
with a primary focus on development and worldwide sales.

As Co-Founder, EVP Content Strategy & Global Sales, Nancy oversees strategic partnerships including acquisitions,
global sales and marketing. bulbKIDZ seeks to identify key intellectual properties for the children's audience that inspires,
entertains and connects with young viewers. The goal is developing the right content, locating the right customer, and delivering
to the right audience.

Nancy began her media career at Zodiac Entertainment with Brian Lacey and Peter Keefe on animated originals Widget and
The Mr. Bogus Show. She moved on to Lacey Entertainment in New York where she rose to the position of Vice President,
Marketing working on children's series including the global sensation, Shin Chan. From there, she joined BKN Entertainment,
also in NY, as Vice President, Director of Domestic Marketing Services where she managed the marketing rollout of the
company's children's programs, The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, Street Sharks and Double Dragon.
Continuing at 41 Entertainment, Nancy served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing where she
worked on numerous popular titles from conception to broadcast, successfully
negotiating distribution deals in over 90 countries and territories in the children's
programming market for both linear and non-linear, together with robust licensing and
merchandising programs. Properties included PAC-MAN on Disney, the Netflix
Original series Kong – King of the Apes, Tarzan and Jane, and Super Monsters,
along with the NBC Universal/Peacock Original property Supernatural
Academy and the HBO Max/Super RTL Original pre-school series
S.M.A.SH!.

Nancy graduated with a BA degree in Psychology and Graphic Design from
Washington University, St. Louis, MO in the United States.

Kiersten Halstead
Co-Founder, EVP Content Strategy & Creative Development

As Co-Founder, EVP Content Strategy & Creative Development, Kiersten oversees strategic
original creative developments and productions, co-production partnerships, all publicity and
company communications, and brand marketing on a global scale. bulbKIDZ seeks to identify
key intellectual properties for the children’s audience that inspire, entertain, and connect with
young viewers. Her primary goal is to develop the right content, locate the right customer, and
deliver to the right audience.

Kiersten began her career in syndicated television production and transitioned into children's television working on the
productions of many well-known titles and intellectual properties from conception to broadcast for both linear and
non-linear including robust licensing and merchandising programs. During her career Kiersten has partnered with major brands
including Bandai Namco Entertainment, Lucasfilms, UFC, New York Comic Con, Activision Blizzard, and worked on the
productions of well-known shows including NBC Universal's The Maury Show and The Jerry Springer Show, Disney's
PAC-MAN, Netflix Original series Kong – King of the Apes, Tarzan and Jane, and Super Monsters, along with the
NBCUniversal/Peacock Original property Supernatural Academy and the HBO Max/Super RTL Original pre-school
series S.M.A.SH!.

Kiersten has a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Marketing from the
University of Connecticut. She also has a BA in Journalism with a concentration in Broadcasting and a Minor in
Political Science from the State University of New York - Purchase College.
